Typical rentals are up to 6 hours. If you need longer than that, we have overnight options available.

We deliver to the greater Phoenix area including Phoenix, Mesa, Scottsdale, Chandler, Glendale, Gilbert, Tempe, Peoria, Surprise, and Buckeye.

Yes our team will arrive the morning of your party to set up the inflatables and provide a safety overview to the supervising adult.

Each inflatable is different. Please refer to the inflatables information page prior to rental or reach out to us with any questions about your rental selection.

Safety is our top priority. Inflatables can be used in light or intermittent rain, but we do not set up or operate inflatables in heavy rain, thunderstorms, or unsafe wind conditions. If weather conditions are deemed unsafe, we’ll work with you to reschedule your rental at no additional cost. Weather-related cancellations receive a rain credit that can be applied to a future date within 60 days. Weather decisions are made by our team on the day of your event based on local forecasts and current conditions. For safety and liability reasons, the final call on weather-related cancellations must be made by our staff.

Yes. A $50 deposit is required to reserve your rental date. • If you cancel more than 7 days before your scheduled event, your deposit is fully refundable. • If you cancel 7 days or less before your scheduled event, the deposit is non-refundable but will be issued as a credit toward a future rental. • Credits must be used within 60 days of the original event date.

Final payment is due upon arrival prior to set up and can be received via exact cash or credit card payments.

Yes. All of our inflatables are professionally cleaned and sanitized before each rental. We follow a thorough cleaning process to ensure every unit is clean, safe, and ready for your event. We take cleanliness seriously so you can feel confident letting your kids play and have fun.

Yes. Adult supervision is required at all times while the inflatable is in use. The supervising adult is responsible for ensuring all safety rules are followed, including proper usage, age limits, and the number of participants inside the inflatable. This helps ensure everyone stays safe and has a fun experience.

Our inflatables are designed for children ages 2 and up. Each inflatable has specific age, height, and weight limits, as well as a maximum number of participants allowed at one time. For safety, these limits must be followed at all times. Details for each inflatable will be provided at the time of booking and again during setup.
